These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the G. Renay & Co.™ website and your purchase or use of our products, services, and experiences. By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or booking an experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT G. RENAY & CO.™
G. Renay & Co.™ LLC is a Mississippi-based fragrance company offering small-batch home fragrance, body fragrance, custom fragrance creation, private fragrance experiences, event and corporate gifting, wholesale opportunities, and related services.
2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Our products are created in small batches, and availability may be limited. Product offerings, fragrances, packaging, sizes, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, appearance, texture, or presentation may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a separate written agreement, invoice, or payment schedule has been provided by G. Renay & Co.™ LLC.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. G. Renay & Co.™ LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personal and fragrance-based nature of many of our products, eligibility for returns or exchanges may be limited. Products that have been used, opened, or altered may not be eligible for return.
Any approved return, replacement, exchange, or refund will be handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. FRAGRANCE & PRODUCT USE
Fragrance perception and performance vary based on individual preferences, environment, application, skin chemistry, and other factors. Descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help customers select products but do not guarantee that every customer will perceive a fragrance in the same way.
Customers are responsible for following all product-use instructions and discontinuing use of any body product if irritation or sensitivity occurs. Home fragrance products should be used only for their intended purpose and according to provided instructions.
7. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Custom fragrance creations, personalized products, special orders, and made-to-order items may require additional production time and may be subject to separate pricing, deposits, minimum quantities, or written agreements.
Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders may not be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except where required by law or otherwise agreed to in writing by G. Renay & Co.™ LLC.
8. PRIVATE FRAGRANCE EXPERIENCES & EVENTS
Private fragrance experiences, workshops, parties, and other hosted events may be subject to separate booking terms, guest-count requirements, deposits, payment deadlines, venue requirements, and cancellation policies.
The details provided in the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, or booking agreement become part of the terms governing that specific event.
9. DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Unless otherwise stated in writing, event deposits and other designated non-refundable payments are non-refundable because they reserve the requested date and allow G. Renay & Co.™ LLC to begin planning, purchasing, and preparation.
Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline stated in the applicable invoice, contract, or booking agreement. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to the terms provided for the specific event or service.
10. WHOLESALE, BULK ORDERS & COLLABORATIONS
Wholesale purchases, bulk orders, corporate or event gifting, collaborations, and partnership arrangements may be subject to minimum quantities, production timelines, deposits, separate pricing, and additional written terms.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute acceptance of a project or partnership. G. Renay & Co.™ LLC reserves the right to accept or decline opportunities based on availability, scope, timing, and business fit.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The G. Renay & Co.™ name, branding, logos, original fragrance names, product names, written content, photographs, graphics, designs, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to G. Renay & Co.™ LLC, except where otherwise indicated.
Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written authorization.
12. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use website content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of G. Renay & Co.™ LLC or others.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G. Renay & Co.™ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, services, or experiences.
