Order Processing

G. Renay & Co.™ products are created and prepared in small batches. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether an item is prepared specifically for your order. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when applicable. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of G. Renay & Co.™ LLC.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Certain home-fragrance products, particularly wax products, may soften or change consistency during periods of high temperatures. These changes generally do not prevent the product from performing as intended. Please retrieve delivered packages promptly and allow heat-affected products to return to room temperature before use.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and fragrance-based nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on fragrance preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Please retain the product and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Event Tickets, Deposits & Custom Orders

Event registrations, deposits, customized products, personalized products, and special-order items may be subject to separate terms provided at the time of purchase or booking. Unless otherwise stated in those terms, deposits are non-refundable.
